The Royal Asiatic Society of Georgia, with the support of the printing house “Favorite Style,” has published a new bilingual (Georgian-English) catalog. Entitled Oriental Collections in Georgia, the catalog brings together the oriental collections of the Royal Asiatic Society of Georgia, Art Palace of Georgia - Museum of Cultural History, and the Dadiani Palaces in Zugdidi. A number of objects have been printed in this catalog for the first time. It includes remarkable exhibits depicting the art and history of life in China, Japan, Mongolia, Persia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and other Asian countries. The catalog has already been delivered to the library of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the British National Library in London. The publication will also be sent to the embassies of the relevant countries accredited in Georgia and to the Royal Asiatic Society of Korea. The catalog will be available for purchase in the library of the Art Palace - Museum of Cultural History from the beginning of October.
